Our out front pricing

To keep our rates transparent and fair, the Solo Visit Price applies to the highest-value service performed during a mission. Every additional service performed during that same visit is billed at 25% discount from listed prices .

Example: If we perform an Ice Machine Deep Clean ($350) and a Water Heater Flush ($112.50), your total is $462.50, saving you $37.50 on the second service.

 Unless otherwise specified, our listed rates cover expert labor and specialized cleaning chemicals only. Replacement parts (Gaskets, LED bulbs, HVAC filters, Water filters) are billed separately. We believe in "No-Markup Integrity" we source quality parts and pass the professional reliability on to you without hidden surcharges. 

Our standard rates assume your equipment has undergone routine maintenance within the last 12 months. If a unit (specifically Ice Machines or Dishmachines) hasn't been serviced in years and requires excessive manual scraping or double-chemical treatments, a $100 Heavy Scale Upcharge will be discussed and approved by you before we begin the work. 

 In the military and in business, time is a resource. If we arrive for a scheduled mission and cannot access the equipment or if the service is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 Deployment Fee will be charged to cover our logistics and travel costs. 

SITIOCO specializes in Consolidated Maintenance and Optimization. We are your "First Line of Defense." While we perform deep cleans and part swaps, we are not a 24/7 emergency repair company for catastrophic mechanical failures (e.g., a blown compressor). If we identify a major repair need during our maintenance, we will document it and help you find a trusted specialist 

If we don't meet the standards of the mission, we make it right. We stand by our work with a 30-day labor guarantee. If a gasket we installed fails or a drain we cleared backups within 30 days of service, we’ll return to fix it at no additional labor cost to you.
